John was a founder in a startup company that grew to 50 million dollars in revenue in a five year period and he managed five of the business locations in the southwest. After the business sold to a Fortune 500 company, John provided sales and marketing consulting. John then bought a business from Corporate Investment and later merged the company with a larger entity that served clients in over forty states and several foreign countries. His experience in business operations, marketing, sales and business divestiture, merger and acquisition earned him knowledge useful for business owners considering selling their companies.

Anna Talarico is a Senior Associate at Corporate Investment. In this role, Anna sources and executes middle-market M&A deals in Central Texas. She is an active board member of Turnaround Management Association and ACG NextGen.

Prior to joining Corporate Investment, Anna worked as a Vice President for Young America Capital, a middle-market investment bank in New York. At Young America Capital, Anna sourced deals in the southwest US, based out of Austin. She worked diligently in the Manufacturing and Distribution, Tech, and CPG sectors executing sell-side and buy-side deals, capital raises, and recaps. She has also led a business development team for a Family Office based in Austin targeting middle-market companies.

Anna consulted with middle-market companies to locate outstanding C-Suite level personnel for 6 years prior to joining the financial world. Her network of executives has enabled her to grow business development, manage risk, and improve profitability for these companies.

Anna is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese. She has a BA in Business and Latin American Studies from University at Albany, SUNY. Anna is a Series 63 and 79 Registered Securities Representative, licensed through Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC, a FINRA member firm.
